The seven storey 23,225 sqm office fit-out provided Vodafone with a new state of the art headquarters building on this prime site in South Co. Dublin. The building serves the needs of some 1,600 personnel and as such has grown into a community of people working and interacting together. The focus point for this community is provided by the six storey atrium central concourse, off of which retail outlets, a cappuccino bar and meeting spaces are provided.
The main cafeteria is located on the fifth and sixth floor with access to a roof garden providing ‘al fresco’ dining and affording panoramic views over Dublin bay and mountains. The office layouts incorporate the latest design philosophy in space planning with extensive open work bases including CEO, “neighbourhood” service hubs, break-out spaces and retreat rooms and will incorporate current leading edge office furniture design.
