Project Description
The Dublin Grafton Street project was the most challenging as the existing building is one of a few “Protected Structure” in addition to be being location on a key foot traffic node in the Grafton Street streetscape.
The project sought to use two levels of retail with support areas fully occupy the remaining spaces.

Project Description

A store originally conceived for Eircell, which became Vodafone is located on the main retail street of Cork. A steel and timber staircase forms a central focal point within the space, whilst the glazed façade affords internal views.
